I liked the room, the bed was good. The staff were competent, the breakfast was lovely with a lot offood. The location was good and amazing, just off the main attractions, the roof top bar/restaurant, and a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of touristy sites, and the view was spectacular.

Breakfast nothing special, coffee / tea must always be ordered from the waiter. It'll take time to get here. It pissed me off. Breakfast room very spacious. You have to walk a lot. Cocktails in the Sky Lounge are a joke, I never had such a bad zombie (for 11 €!!!), the glass was quite small, hardly any alcohol.

The service at Hyatt Regency was exceptional! We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They efficiently checked us in and even offered us a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor with a stunning view. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. Despite a few minor issues, such as slow Wi-Fi and a high price for drinks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Istanbul.
